Association “Dobrudjan  Agrarian and Business School”  (DABS) mission is to serve and develop as a leading research and science center in South-Eastern Europe, to maintain a reputable image in the business, agrarian and academic communities, and to become the basis for the development of a regional scientific and practical school that generates and transforms innovative ideas and vanguard scientific achievements into the Bulgarian and international practice.

DABS aims at implementation of activities to support the development of agrarian science, agribusiness and related ecology, tourism, and other business activities in Bulgaria by stimulating education and research and their application in public practice.

The main activities of the association are focused on helping the educational sector, developing science and research and supporting the local authorities and communities through elaboration of strategies for economic development of the municipalities, strategies for developing the human resources for large-scale business structures, development and management of projects, as well as education and training of entrepreneurs for developing successful businesses and gaining of skills for management of European funded initiatives.
