DABS Team
We have a small yet efficient administrative team, a motivated team of VET trainers and access to a wide pool of researchers from Varna University of Management (VUM).
Available expertise includes tourism, hospitality, agricultural studies, management, environmental issues, sustainable development and agriculture, cultural studies, cultural and creative industries, European policies and projects and social entrepreneurship.
Currently 9 members of administrative and management staff and 23 part-time trainers and experts work in the association.
DABS has strong organizational capacity and extensive experience in research and capacity-building projects, stakeholder management and elaboration of strategic documents and action plans. DABS Chairperson Todor Radev chairs the Dobrich Regional Academic Centre of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Assoc. Prof. Todor Radev PhD
President of Varna University of Management, researcher in organizational behaviour, and experienced manager of international projects supported by the World Bank, EU programmes, TEMPUS and Erasmus. He also leads the Dobrich Regional Academic Centre of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Klara Dimitrova
Klara Dimitrova led the establishment of the DABS VET Centre and has more than 30 years of experience in vocational education, accreditation, validation and recognition of learning outcomes, including work with disadvantaged learners.
Pavlina Bogdanova
She is responsible for the training process, skills analyses and curriculum development in the VET Centre. She has substantial experience in identifying training needs and developing programmes for different learner groups.
Violeta Dimitrova
Curriculum developer and training coordinator at the DABS VET Centre, with previous experience in non-formal education, youth training and international mobility coordination.
Vesela Panova
Financial manager with over 12 years of experience in financial management and reporting for international projects.
