DABS Founding Members
DABS is a joint initiative of five organisations, including one higher education institution, one NGO and three enterprises.
The cooperation between the founders creates the conditions for implementing a wide range of activities focused on achieving the goals of DABS.
International College Ltd. (IC)
International College Ltd. is a reputable institution for youth and adult education. It applies innovative teaching methods and information technologies and is a leading VET provider for the tourism and culinary sectors in Bulgaria, with extensive experience in curricula development, skills recognition, methodological guidelines and study paths across VET and higher education.
Varna University of Management (VUM)

Accounting Company “Inter” Ltd.
“Inter” is a financial and consulting company with offices in Dobrich and Varna. Its services include accounting, payroll, recruitment, staff development, financial consulting and financing documentation for companies in tourism, hotels, marketing and trade.
Ecotel Ltd.
Ecotel Ltd. specializes in hotel and restaurant management, tourism development and consulting for tourist sites. The company has strong practical capacity to support innovative and efficient products and services in tourism.
